"Room service never came to bring us towels. The ad was misleading by saying they had a breakfast buffet thinking it was included with the stay. The staff gave us a bill as soon as we sat down. The pool was lukewarm and the pool room felt like a sauna"

"Not fancy, but functional. All necessary amenities present and working correctly. Reasonably recently renovated. Seems to have many long-term residents, but they weren't any kind of problem. Minor nits: could use a second chair, elevator slow, mattress slides on platform bed at little too easily. Very good value for the price."

"Worst Expedia listed property we’ve ever stayed at. Dirty, run down, toilet broken, sheets dirty, noisy AC, internet down. Asked for a refund but they said they could only refund Expedia. Hopefully we’ll see the pass through refund from Expedia."

"We arrived to find the property under renovation. Our room was one in a wing of rooms in original condition. The carpet was torn and stained, not clear the sheets were clean, no towels, the towel rack was hanging off the wall as was the tissue holder, no glasses or cups, there was an extra (dented) refrigerator in the room. It would probably have failed any health or accommodation codes."

"The facility was extremely clean & well maintained. We were the only people staying on the property (no staff) so that was different. Instructions were clear for accessing our room, etc."

"The woman at the front desk was possibly clinically insane. My room was not cleaned properly. There was hair everywhere and grease all over the kitchen. The keys to both the building and the room were not working properly. I was unable to stay because of the filth. I was assured I would be refunded and I was not."

"Super 8 was okay. Our room smelled a little bad, but we sprayed some deodorizers around and it solved the problem. Otherwise it was fine. No breakfast was disappointing."

"The staff was tremendous. They had a burst pipe of some sort and had the plumber on site when I checked in around 5-6 PM. The water was shut off at that time. They calmly explained what had happened, what they had done about it, and the estimated time the repair would be complete. When that happened, earlier than the estimated time, they notified the guests. It was a really good piece of work by the staff!!"

"The rooms were smelling of smoke. The hotel manager knew that due to renovation half the rooms were smelly and refused to give us a room in the other half. With the heat and smokey environment it was not a pleasant experience. Further they were out of breakfast at 8:00 AM even though they advertise as 6:00-9:00 AM. No one was around to help with the food."
