I could gave it 1 star because I had to. This was the absolute worst place I've ever stayed at. Nothing in the room was cleaned. Toilet was a mess. The bathroom door frame was half broken. Durty walls. There were even receipts left in the drawers. We had to wipe it down with clorox wipes and it was disgusting. A room in that kind of condition had no business being rented out. Inexplicable conditions. Unacceptable.

I’m trying to get my car out of the parking lot and my car is buried. No one will help get it out, the gentleman that shoveled buried my car more, and there hasn’t been a plow to remove any snow since what seems like early morning. We have to DoorDash to make money to pay for our room, but the car is stuck so we’re screwed.

We was there for a week they never gave fresh towels. They should have given at least 4 shower towels and 4 washcloths.

So our tub is practically in half because the caulk is totally split and not protecting anything. The outlet by our table doesn’t work, so there’s really no point in any of us trying to use the table. The sink in the kitchenette leaks out so we have to wipe around the faucet every time we use it. Our floors were VERY dirty when we came and there’s no broom or dustpan in here, so I can’t really clean other than wiping down the floor. I shouldn’t have to do that initially, but would do the upkeep if I had the ability to. The single chair in the room is broken. When we opened the fridge there was old cheese and lettuce stuck to the fridge. That shouldn’t be my job to clean. There are a lot of issues in the room, but there’s nothing outside that I can complain about.

Looking for a refund last night the hotel had the fire alarm go off at 3:00 in the morning and woke everybody up. It rang for 15 minutes and I was about ready to leave for McDonald's before they shut it off. Earlier in the day they had the alarm and Fire contractors there working on the system apparently they didn't fix it right

The room was not to bad. Thr bed was ok and the shower needed more pressure. The bathroom light/fan couldn't be on or it made a really loud sound. Staff is always friendly. The heater needs looked at

Good for the price remodeling is going on right now and we were in a room in between 2 that were being worked on. Very noisy until 1 am. We didn’t complain They seem very nice at the Front Desk. The other Hotels close are 2&1/2 times more than this hotel. Good for the Value. Dinner at the Happy Moose right next door.

The room is not very clean that they gave us I went up and told them about it. The lady went and check the room and basically called me a liar and said it wasn't clean I have numerous years of cleaning and it was gross and it was stinky. She didn't even want to get us another room and her manager said to give us different room. She was not very nice about it he had an attitude. We requested a smoking room couldn't even get a smoking room. Which was fine the second one was a little better A lot cleaner

The room wasn't to bad, but needs a deep clean. The parking is good and well lite. The bed was very noisy every time I turned it was known. It wasn't to loud had the normal noises coming from other people. A lot of peope sitting outside enjoying the weather. Staff was friendly as always. Plenty of walkable restaurants and activities. Safe neighborhood. Will stay here again.

The staff was friendly as always. Location is great and parking is great. The room wasn't the best. The bathroom needs redone and the whole room needs some paint and new flooring. The air/heating unit needs cleaned it had a weird smell when on. The bed was comfortable and the area is quiet had a great night sleep. I would stay here again just not in the room i was in for this stay.
