"The property does not have a front desk again, you have to call a number and front desk agent will come down to check you in. Our room kind of had a mixture smell of BO and something else. The hallways smelled like vaping cigarettes. The bathroom sink drain would not stay open to drain but we were able to fix the lever our selves. I made a mistake looking under the bed sheet and the master cover was filthy gross, which made my skin itch. I hope I don’t make a mistake again at reserving at...

"Wen we returned to our room in the middle of the day the room was unlocked and our belongings were unguarded, The house keeping people left the room in the middle of cleaning unlocked though it was obvious that it had a lot of our luggage, clothes etc. We have waited for half an hour nd nobody showed up. It took me 2 calls to the front desk and another 30 minutes till someone came to finish cleaning."

"There is no way this room should have cost what I did x2 … a very old Marriott - not clean outside patio - the leaves from last fall were in the cushiions , no soap in bathroom , night gentlemen is not helpful acts like he’s bing bothered . "We booked this hotel on Expedia and paid in full, but the clerk who checked us in charged us $300 for the stay even though it was pre-paid. The hotel’s computer system was so slow that it was a very frustrating experience trying to get the staff to fix their mistake. Additionally, the beds were both so uncomfortable that I slept three hours of the night in my car to avoid the horrible, uncomfortable bed. This was a sorry hotel stay and I will not be back."

Our room was pristine clean--the cleaning staff was also friendly and pleasant. Breakfast was great. We were full until dinner time!"
