"We LOVE this Holiday Inn Express! Easy check in, very comfortable 2 Queen bed room on the top floor, ultra clean and wonderful AC, plus a hot shower and a delicious breakfast! Also cookies and coffee at check in! We stay 3 times a year for business in Hickory. "

"My one comment is that there was noone at the checkin desk when I arrived and the app advised that I needed help from them to complete my checkin. Luckily I figured things out but having a sign welcoming guests, rather than a person, was a disappointing and inconvenient experience.
