"I appreciated the helpful staff, with excellent English for those of us who don’t speak German. Also, the always available coffee was great for my pre-dawn bird watching (which was excellent in the garden).
It’s a little bit out of easy walking to places like the train station, and beware that Uber availability is poor in Lucerne."

"Spacious room and access to kitchen facilities.
Very handy to transport- buses, trains and ferry.
Great cafe and food store nearby.
Minimally furnished and only one towel for 4 days.
Bedding smelt of tobacco smoke and not sure how clean the bedlinen was especially duvet and pillow.
No response to my messages."
