"I spent a single night traveling through Lucerne with my wife and we had a great experience. The hotel is very comfortable and updated, great location. Best of all, the staff were so friendly and welcoming- from the front desk to the breakfast service, each employee was excellent. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"The hotel was okay. I appreciated the free room upgrade but the set up was odd with the tv at the foot of the bed. We paid for breakfast buffet and it was truly lacking. The options were slim and not very appealing. Also, there was no AC, which left us with the only option of having to open the window. Thankfully it was cold outside so we didn’t suffer with getting hot at night but it was unfortunately very loud and I was not able to sleep much."
"This boutique hotel is like a hidden gem. It's close to the main train station and within walking distance of shops and restaurants and major historical attractions. My room was cozy, clean and quite as I was on the 7th floor.Breakfast was bidder style and good."
