"Decent hotel, good price. Clean room, good breakfast, friendly staff (very helpful with explaining Lucerne pass, providing power adapters, luggage storage) Good location, walking distance from Old Town and very easy (and regular) buses to Lucerne train station. Would recommend!"

"Beautiful hotel full of character,, location so central for walking or bus. All staff so willing to help, Aston in reception helped with bookings. The breakfast staff and Sofie (Portugal) were wonderful. View from our balcony amazing, ac was much needed. Highly recommend- I’m going back x. Thanks to all"

"The rooms are very good. The property is an easy walk from the train station and also an easy walk to old town and the Chapel bridge. I wouldn’t say it’s in the middle of everything, but it’s very easy to get to everything from there. And the restaurant in the hotel is really good. "
