"This is a nice, old-fashioned, family-run hotel close by the lake shore, and about ten minutes walk from the rail stations and boat pier. Staff were nice and friendly and the hotel is clean, and quite basic - there was a good breakfast. A good option for anyone who wants a simple stay."

The property is a 25 minute walk along the beautiful lake path or a short bus ride from the center. Breakfast was fresh and very nice, especially the special poached egg dish. "Original room provided was below expectations but we were then moved to an acceptable room. Very disappointed that for a four night stay a bottle of water was only provided on first day! For the amount we were paying it isn't much to expect. "
