"Very clean and convenient"

"My room was very clean. The staff were very helpful and handled everything very professionally. I always enjoy having breakfast in the morning. Great parking as well. I always like to park with a view of my vehicle from my room. I highly recommend the Holiday inn. I'm already planning my next stay with them next month."

"Not a great stay at all. Toilet barely worked and almost overflowed. The fridge in the room was from the 40s and made knocking noises all night.The room had an awful smell and alot of the bottom of the wall near the bathroom are was all messed up. Tried to get one extra towel and was told to check back after. Just not a nice place."

"Room was very clean and modern. Our stove didn’t work but good to have a sink, fridge and freezer. Check-in went well and there were several carts available to transport luggage. Overall enjoyed the stay with a family of 5. The sofa bed wasn’t the most comfortable but we made it work."

"Room could have been cleaner. The room wasn’t too bad couple spots in the walls were a little messed up from what looked like water damage. The bathroom was actually the worst toilet paper holder was like broken. The sink look like it was gonna fall off the definitely water damage on multiple walls. The knobs for the sink and shower were all messed up. Wasn’t one of the worst places that I’ve been but they definitely can do some work fixing the place up."

There should be more plugs... all the plugs are used by the hotel and to find a plug it is in place where you can not put the things you wanted plug up without going on the floor or the edge of the bed. 2. A separate shelf should be for the microwave oven not on the desk... 3. The so called breakfast...not enough of anything 4. Better lighting... room was really dark.. even after all the light wear on"

"Tmmy bathroom is need of removsgion. Pipes under sink were broken tiles were dirty with spaces. Wsll need fixing up"

"This hotel advertised as 3 stars but it deserves a 1 star. The photos are deceiving. When you walk in, there’s a foul smell and looks extremely dingy. It was unsafe for my child to stay at so we left immediately"

"Large property.. so lots of walking. Room was clean and very comfortable bed! Staff was friendly and helpful. Would recommend for work travel."

"Perfect location near the mall, and 60 minutes from NYC. I love that they allow dogs, Rooms are spacious and clean, and parking is always plentiful."

"Wi-fi is too poor. No shower curtain at all in the bathroom to the point it makes a mess when you take a shower due to spatters of water. No iron available upon request. Windows don’t have locks. "
