"The BV Motel was fine. It was off the highway and so was quiet. The room was adequate. The people were friendly if a little distracted. The refrigerator in our room didn't work. But there were trails into the desert just behind the motel that were really wonderful! We saw lots of flowers blooming and even some cacti. There were Joshua trees and other wonderful plants. We would stay at the BV again just so we could spend a little time in that piece of desert close by. And it was inexpensive."

"Not in a great area, and older, but to be expected downtown. Check in starts at the bar with a bartender. Loud people and music interferes a bit. You then continue check in on a kiosk, and return to the bartender again for a parking pass. Parking is in a small public lot across the street. If that fills up, you have to call and they then direct you to another public lot across the street. Room was clean and in mostly good order. "Do not stay here. They charged my credit card $118 fraudulently even though I paid for my stay through Expedia. Then when I called about the charge they said they lied and said they didn’t charge my card and that they didn’t have the card details so they couldn’t have, even though I gave them my card for the deposit. I had to call them 7 times and they kept lying. Eventually after threatening to report them to the police they admitted they charged the card and said they would refund it....

Not a decent a decent room, reserved a king and git a queen, Breakfast was a paper lunch bag, hair in shower, room smelled, extremely loud music from club & entertainment from accross the street until 8am, room would shake from the loud noise, wasnt able to sleep, floor was dirty, asked for extra linnen never received it, this is a motel not hotel, outside of motel dirty, smelled, would not stay here ever again. "
