"Stayed here for a wedding. For the price, felt like it was very dated. They put us in a Jacuzzi room. No closet, no couch or anywhere to sit other than the bed and an office chair."

"Drove 2 hours to come stay here and go to the beach for a mini family vaca. Read online the reviews and really thought it was going to be outstanding considering paying 350$ got there early to not be able to check in a hour early. (It was over 100 degrees outside) & not one room ready. Then get up to room to not be able to find remote. Thats ok, call the front desk for them to tell me to look myself. Never found it. Had to walk down and she said she would send someone up with one. Ok….. TOOK 30...

"Without question, this was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.
We checked into a room with a toilet that didn’t work: a problem the hotel already knew about before renting us the room. When we reported it, we were told to stick our hands inside the toilet and fix it ourselves. The next day it broke again, and another employee told us we could “just use the shower” since the toilet wasn’t working. Completely unacceptable.
There were no rooms available to move us, so we spent nearly 48...

"It appeared the breakfast was short staffed. Not enough food or supplies were on hand. The gal seemed to be working hard but not enough support. Other Fairfield’s have done much better.
Also I hope the guy that was sleeping in the breakfast area in the afternoon is ok."
