"Das Hotel ist von der Konzeption eigentlich ein Motel. Jedes der Zimmer hat eine Tür zum Parkplatz. Das erleichtert das Aus- und Einladen. Keins der Zimmer verfügt über ein Fenster. Da die Türe zum Parkplatz milchverglast ist, ist das bei längerem Aufenthalt ein Nachteil. Ausser dem Bett besteht die Einrichtung der Zimmer aus einem wuchtigen Regal. Praktisch, aber nicht sehr gemütlich. Grosses Manko bei längerem Aufenthalt ist, dass es keinen Kühlschrank und keinen Wasserkocher gibt. Das...

There is some light wear in the main areas and bathroom, but nothing that takes away from the experience. It still feels very nice, not dated at all, and hits all the important notes. It is also close to everything, making it a very convenient and enjoyable stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Loved the location."

"The mini bus arrangement is absolutely a mess. We booked the shuttle bus and as a result of having no seats. I have to pay extra money to go to the hotel at the end. I complained and the receptionist gave me an email to report this issue and no reply from the hotel yet. The facility in the room is always having problems. We had booked for 4 rooms, one room with broken hair dryer and one room with noise in the bathroom (no idea where the noise coming from) and half broke sink the water goes down...

"Don’t fall for their scam , they advertise use if the facilities , but we had to pay extra 30 euro to use the pool abd gym . Manager was unreachable to resolve it in a business day ."

"Come here if you'd like to find out what great Italian home cooking tastes like. We had two diners here, and regret we didn't have more. The minestrone soup, lasagna and aubergine Parm are so fresh and refreshing, even though I'm used to the great Italian restaurants in Manhattan and Brooklyn. It's nice to have a comforting dinner overlooking the lake, after a day of sight seeing, and finishing with home made apple cake and ice cream or rum with chocolate."

"Although off a very busy road, property was super quiet, especially at night. Stresa was less than a half hour drive away. Supermercato was a two minute walk. On a rainy day the gym next door let us try the facilities for free"

"The property had bugs and spider webs all over the place. I ended up sleeeping with my daughter because I was afraid of sleeping in the queen bed since there were bugs on the wall. Upon arrival we saw a note on the door that said they had a bug problem. However, that was not mentioned when I booked the room. My daughter and I are very afraid of them.
