"When we arrived from an all day trip we found out the pool and jacuzzi were closed. When I went to my room I found an open condom package in the bedroom on a seat like cushion. I called to let them know. They didn’t offer to change rooms or come and clean up the wrapper. I loved that it had 2 separate rooms but it felt dirty because of the condom. The breakfast was basic.
