Hotel dekat Lake Norman Visitors Center

"The thing I liked the most was the front desk staff & the breakfast crew. They were all so kind & friendly. Love the room, the outside dog area and the location."

"Great breakfast"

"When I arrived I thought the room was not clean enough, and the staff corrected it immediately. They were very helpful."

"Nice staff, seemed very dirty"

"Breakfast was all processed foods, except for some fresh fruit. We were on the first floor near some of the amenities but it was quiet. Too many small lights on in the room (tv, microwave, clock, etc) Comfortable, clean, staff friendly and sincere. Really liked the number of hooks in bathroom and the bars at the sink to hold washcloth/hand towels."

"We stayed in a wheelchair accessible room and everything was perfect. The bathroom was roomy as well as the room. Plenty of room for extra medical equipment if needed. And my favorite part the beds were low enough to transfer from wheelchair. And the staff were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay there again. L P"

"The room was quite humid, loud AC unit. Walls are very thin, I could hear people talking in the next room until 12:30am. Did not get much sleep."

"The walls were paper thin, could hear neighbors on both sides of us like they were in the room. Also road noise was very bad and we were on the lakeside away from the road. Although we were “lakeside”, the part of the lake was a very small and long inlet that the hotel sits on and you couldn’t really see much of the actual huge lake. We could never get hot water from the sink. Luckily the shower did have hot water but had to let it run a long time to get it. The restaurant closed at 4 pm...

"Our first time at a Tru. Room was big and clean but below what we normally expect while traveling."

"Excellent location And rooms clean and s staff very helpful and smiling pleasant. Coffee machine excellent and accessible all day and night. Breakfast was excellent great variety for everyone. Will visit again in the future."

"We had a room with a living room and kitchen which was very nice. 2 comfy queen size beds. Blackout shades and quiet. We will stay there again on our way back home."
