"The check-in situation is difficult. All is done online. Can’t get room # and code to enter room until 1 hour prior to arrival. Grease fingerprints on inside of doors and on the clock. Tv sound could not be adjusted from low and only channels were news ( unless you purchased others). Toilet and towel holders were fall off the wall. Inside light between beds over the lamp were several tiny flying bugs. Smelly sheets. Entire property was in need of cleaning. I called the main number ( as there is no one in main building) she was changed us to a different bigger room , but was not any better. Very disappointed as we have stayed here a few times in last couple years. Will not choose this motel again."

"AC unit didn’t cool the room. The filter was very dirty. Otherwise everything was fine."

"The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable, but the shower was like a fire hose and we couldn’t adjust it. There was no coffee maker in the room so we went to get some at breakfast breakfast which was due to start at 7 but didn't open until almost 7:30 so the lack of caffeine before an early function was a bummer."

"Was given a room that smelled like cigarettes and air freshener, however at check in was told there is no smoking in the room and had to initial on the back that a $175 fee would be charged if there was. There was also a dead roach in the room. Bathroom walls were dirty."
