"When we checked in, the gentleman was very nice, informative, and funny to the couple ahead of us and us. Our room was beautiful and clean. It looked out to the lake and it was a great view. The only complaint would be that the windows are not thick enough because at night you can hear people talking outside and the cars going up the hill. The breakfast was minimum, but we found enough to eat and be full. It was close enough to walk to multiple restaurants and shops. Highly recommend"
"It was a great property with the only main downside of not having ramps for rolling in luggage at other doors other than the front. So….if you park close to your room entrance, you can’t roll the cart in.
The cleaning crew was very attentive throughout the hotel."
