"Although the lobby and our room were impeccable, the outdoor spaces were in great need of attention. The pool area had trash and discarded float toys, with holes left both on the deck an in the water. Trash bins were full and there were dishes and towels left on tables that we cleaned up when we went to the pool at 10 a.m. The sitting area, with fire tables was the worst part. The cushions worn, very faded and many were torn at the seams with stuffing coming out. Many had burn holes. With the harsh sun, either the cushions should be VERY high end, or the furniture should be made of Trex material, to withstand the harsh desert elements. There were cigarette butts in the rocks of the fire tables and so few rocks that the burner units were completely exposed. The outdoor area, to us, was unusable. It was so disappointing, as the outdoor areas as pictured were one of the main reason we selected this hotel. For the money, the room was nice, the outdoor gathering space was awful."
