"Over all the hotel was remodeled and clean.Rm 123. There was a running motor sound coming from the air, conditioner or refrigerator all night and that was difficult to sleep to :( The walls also were very thin and we could hear others a lot. Lastly, there was no coffee/coffee pot in the room. There was coffee at breakfast, but no real creamers. It was creamer powder. Some of these small things really matter."

"The parking was adequate, the air conditioning was good and kept us cool, most things were pretty clean, beds oK, pillows kind of hard, tv was small and had to be adjusted each time we turned it on but the location was good for our purposes and we had everything we needed."

"We had to switch rooms. Toilet had no chain to make it flush, and no maintenence on site on Sunday. Never any towels at the pool. Location was great for spring training. "

"The breakfast was very good. The cocktail time was very nice and the food was ok. We ate out a few nights. I would have liked a sweet after the dinner but we went to the hotel restaurant for ice cream. All in all it was a very nice week stay. Will return next time in Phoenix. "

"Check in was good, the lady was very nice and got me checked in fast. They even had an option for a smoking room. How ever once i entered the room everything changed. Theres no air control except on low or high. The worst part is that it didnt work at all. No fan so after a shower the humity with the rising outdoor heat was so extreme it was paralizing. I swelled up with water retention and i just kept passing out while having a hard time breathing. I got out to walk the dogs and it was a relief of cooler air. Open the door to the room and got hit by a wall of heat like it was in the middle of summer and your trying to get into your car thats been sitting in the sun. Except theres no way to open a window or turn on the air to push out some heat. The room was dirty and had no trash can. They claim to have everything like a normal motel 6 but there was no tv in the room and no wifi. The only nice thing was the animals werent a problem, they dont charge extra for them. If something happends when its time to check out; say waiting for a ride, the day time staff arent nice enough to even see if your ok or need help. She will have her staff call to have you 86d from the property. I had to stay an extra night and they refused to give me a room that had the air working. They said they would send maintence. No one ever came. I had to go to the urgent care because i was over heayed and had so much trouble breathing. This place wouldnt even consider a discount for the trouble. Beware!!"

"The housekeeping staff were way behind. I arrived at the hotel at 630pm, and they were still cleaning room. Initially I was told my room was not available, and I'd have to wait about an hour. But Sebastian, the staff member at checkin desk asked me to wait and he went and checked personally and came back and said he had a room. The room was in poor shape. The mattress had little support, initially there was no wash cloth, the toilet backed up and I found a roach in the sink. When I went to check out, there was no one at the desk, I had to wait about 20 minutes. "
