Room was ok, we had three people. There was only two sets of towels. Odd smell in the hotel and room. Glad we only had to stay one night. Left early in the morning no place to return keys, slid them under the counter.

Horrible smell, HORRIBLE! Another traveler even told us “this place always stinks like fish soup” Bed was tiny and not what was booked. Bathroom had wet towels and no soap.

I like that I was checked in asap. And the people up from was awesome. What I’m not happy with is ROOM SERVICE they do that every 2 weeks and I have to use towels and bed sheets for that long😟

The room was spotlessly clean, and there was a full size fridge. Those are the only good things I can say about this property. The wait at the front desk to check in was 15 minutes. Advertising poster in elevator specifically says “fully appointed kitchens” — but they weren’t. You could “rent” dishware and basic pots and pans for $20-$40 more. Ridiculous when other extended stays supply for free. Two bath towels supplied. No hand towels, no wash cloths, no shampoo or conditioner, no coffee pot. These are basics I’ve come to expect at every hotel. I will not stay here again.

They were very rude and unprofessional put me on the don’t rent list because my vistor didn’t provide I’d at that moment she was a visitor not a guess I believe they were stereotyping my vistor very unprofessional . I do not recommend this place.

Everything was good. Staff was nice and explained all the ins and outs of the facility. We're not smokers but she explained that too! 😊 We were grateful. It's a quiet area with little to no disturbances by others staying in the hotel. Also, the loop 101 is very close but the sound is not so audible that you lay awake at night.

Location was good. Lodging is being used for labor workers. Therefore food smell is very stringent. Hallways are dark. Bathroom walls were dirty. Room service every a Thursday, extra fee if you want linen and towels changed sooner.
