"TLDR: Over $700 in surprise charges after a weekend stay; poor, untrained staff and unclear parking/incidentals policy. I was charged a $40 incidental hold and told a $10 parking fee applied for the whole stay; staff didn’t collect vehicle details or provide explanations. My keycards later stopped working; the desk shrugged it off as a “new system” and said it would “probably” happen again. I checked out by 10:56 AM but found over $700 charged to my card by 3:00 PM. "Room was clean. Heating/AC unit rattled constantly while heating, was fine while running. Parking lot was posted "park at your own risk." Not exactly reassuring, consider putting the parking lot under camera surveillance and posting as such."

"The hotel was nice and clean. It could use a little updating. I forgot my phone charger block and other hotels have lamps or charging ports available to charge a phone with the cord only. That was the only downfall."

"The sofa bed is so worn and very uncomfortable. Needed towels, asked the front desk clerk at 8am, she said had to wait until 8:30…..asked again at 9:30, she said not ready they will bring to the room…..checked out at 10:30 and still did not receive the towels. The front desk clerk was somewhat rude when I asked for change to use the washer and dryer….said you can try across the street. The breakfast staff was very polite and friendly. "

We were going to visit friends nearby and then to Washington DC for a visit. The outdoor pool was closed, unfortunately. Breakfast was just okay. Processed eggs were fine, if you aren't picky. "Unfortunately they hold the deposit for the room and exceptionally long time. The stay was for 7 days ago and the $200 is still pending on my account. Completely unacceptable and I will not be booking this brand of hotels again. "
