"So glad I booked this place! It felt home away from home for this solo traveler. You had the privacy of your own studio but could go into the home and feel welcomed. Breakfast was such a fun experience with the food and other guests. Fresh coffee, fresh orange juice and freshly cut up fruit were my favorite! Beds were comfortable, slept good. "Staff were nice and welcoming . Room was good for the two of us and good sized bed was very comfortable. Few cons about room 112 executive suite When we returned around 930pm there were no car parks anywhere even though I thought we had one available outside of our room so ended up parking in the driveway as I had equipment in my wagon so was not keen to park on the road side Also Would be good to have some mats on either side of the bed, because it’s all Lino you need to wipe your feet...

"Comfortable beds, and a good location. Check in and out was easy. We had a room with a spa, but it was just an outdoor bath that looked like a spa, and it was all cracked and dated. Had to fill it ourselves on arrival. The door to the spa area also leaked alot with the rain we had during our stay. If you are after a quiet stay, I would recommend an upstairs room as its quite noisy in the downstairs rooms. Overall not a bad place to stay, but not sure if we will be back."

"Comfortable room, easy to heat in winter, enjoyed private spa tub that you filled fresh yourself. Kettle, coffee capsule machine and toaster was sufficient for our needs over a weekend. Glad to have a EV charger available"

"We want to give 5 stars for this place, but unfortunately our stay was flawed. The water heater was not working, and the staff was not available during the evening time. So, we have to do cold shower in winter time. Not pleasant. We tried contacting the front office, but no one returned our message until now (a week later). Otherwise, the facility is pretty nice."

"Overall a charming property with a very spacious room at a good rate. A/C and heating both worked very well. Great location right within walking distance to main dining and shopping area. Couple things to note is there is no elevator at the property but staff was able to assist with bringing luggage up. It is also private entrance to the rooms, like motel style"

"We stayed in a cabin withy ensuite, it was perfect. Nice and clean, adequate heating for the cold evenings and nights. The beds were comfy. The wee kitchen had a two hotplate and a microwave. The bench space was a bit squishy for everything but you just made it work. There was a bait station opposite our cabin which is very useful and we used it. The locality of the site is great near all the Rotorua lakes and handy to the city also"

"This is a lovely hotel in a prime location. I hadn’t been to Rotorua before so had no idea of where things were. Quest was near everywhere I wanted to go! The room was tidy and spacious. Staff were lovely."

"The property was cozy, the staff was helpful, and accommodating. The rooms and areas were very cleaned and maintained well. Would love to stay here again. We enjoyed the lakeside hot tub as well that was very clean although the light there looks like it needs to be replaced. Would be a great spot for large groups as well."
