We were a family of 10 with two small boys, two babies, two grandparents and 4 other adults. The hotel looked after our needs very well.We had 4 rooms, one large with an extra very comfortable roll-away bed and another large with cots for the twin babies.the other two rooms were small as were their bathrooms - elegant but definitely small! Everyone was friendly and helpful from the lovely receptionists to the room staff.

Very clean, good location (2 min walk to train station). Staff very helpful. Breakfast plenty of choice. Would highly recommend for activities in Interlaken and surrounding areas.

Titlis lift walking distance, amazing breakfast. The hotel is cozy and the village beautiful and amazing. One of our best holidays. Hotel is not 5 star, didn’t bother us. It is an old building with lots of character. Breakfast catered to vegans as well as avo-lacto. Staff helpful. Train station 1 minute walk.

This was our second stay here & stayed in one of their amazing panoramic rooms for 2 nights for my 50th. We really enjoyed the breakfast & visiting the local resturants and going to the local town easily by train & went to the top of the mountain. We also loved the pool facilities, but did not use the sauna as my wife and i did not feel comftable with the full nudety & as much as the jacuzzi & pool were great they really could do with being a bit warmer.
