"The rooms are very spacious and the shower was a huge walk in. However, the room didn't seem exceptionally clean and it was impossible to get anyone on the phone if you needed something. The first night, after 3 tries, I got someone on the phone. I asked for 2 pillows and an extra hand towel. She said of course, but they were never delivered. "The location is perfect in Tahoe City, right across the street from The Commons. It was close to great food, drinks and bakery’s. I stayed in room 8, which was on the top floor. The room was spotless, the bedding very comfortable and of high quality. I slept really well and it was very quiet. I appreciated the shampoo, body lotion and conditioner.
