We loved our stay at Basecamp in Tahoe City. We loved the theme of exploring. Our room was very clean and the property has been well maintained. My only complaint was that the shower could use some maintenance. It was totally usable, but could use some maintenance. The staff was very accommodating and welcoming. We would totally stay here again.

I had a great stay. The staff is friendly and attentive. The lobby is comfortable and pretty quiet. Which is great if you’re looking for a work space outside of your room. Plus there’s beer on tap. My room was clean, stocked, and spacious enough for two. Location is great. It’s in a beautiful lake town.

The room was clean and quiet, which made our stay very comfortable. The staff were also very friendly. It would be even better if a handheld shower head could be added, as it would make bathing kids much more convenient.

The location is fantastic. We had a great stay because we could walk everywhere, to the Lake, Sylva restaurant, Lighthouse Spa, Za's Pizza. The room was fine, but pretty basic, not as nice as the South Lake Tahoe Basecamp. It was great to have a fire pit in the evenings.
