Buffet Breakfast was great. The pool and jacuzzi need improvement. Need to inform no elevator. Location is perfect. Need more lighting towards the back side. They provide room slippers but only one pair. Cookware needs an upgrade. Overall our stay is great.

The kitchen was nice. If we opened the windows to the pool, the Gondola going over could look right in. It was a long walk to our room and there wasn't any help with luggage. The front desk staff was helpful. The place is dated.

The location was definitely the best one by far. Everything was a walking distance to everything in town. We stayed at the suite so it was spacious, clean and comfortable, The breakfast was good, a variety of eggs and bacon and other items such as pastries. The building was alittle rustic looking but I don’t know if that’s how they wanted to look being were in the mountains. The price was alittle high but it is to be expected since we were located in the busy area. I wonder how much would it be during winter time ? I was satisfied.

This resort is in a great location. It is close to everything. The rooms has been renovated, but there were a few issues. The toilet didn't flush well and it was very noisy from upstairs. We enjoyed the breakfast and the parking was unique and close to our room.

The suite was nice and right by the pool and jacuzzi. The AC did not work that well and it was warm up there. Breakfast was good. The resort is right next to Heavenly Village with all the shops and the Gondola at half the cost of the Marriott Resort at Heavenly which is part of the whole village area.

We had a great stay! The location is perfect, right in the middle of everything. The property is a little older and dated, but it was very clean and well taken care of. It wasn’t too crowded since we were there the week before school got out for the summer. I can only imagine this place being really really busy in the summer! The staff was very friendly, check in and parking was easy. We are coming back for a concert in July and have made a reservation for the same room. Definitely worth a return trip!

We stayed 1 night at this pet friendly hotel. The front desk staff was friendly and polite, and check- in was easy. The suite 206 had a good layout with a bedroom, living room , a small kitchen and pull out sofa. Rooms were nice size and worked well for us. The downside: the rooms and the buildind felt dated and old, and the buildinds are not connected. Breakfast was okay. Good for a basic overnight stay with pets.

The rooms, bath, dining area were all clean, considering it is a fairy old place, it is still in tip top condition. Everything was nice even the events that has the happy hour with free drinks in the bar and smores night. If I were to nitpick, only the entrance to the garage flooring that is not carpeted or painted would be the only "slight" negative about this place. Overall good experience for us. By the way we booked late and the lady on the counter was really helpful in fixing our booking! We were in building 5, 2nd floor.
