"Great breakfast. Staff was friendly. Parking is good. The mattress in the room was not so good. Old and uncomfortable. "

"Hotel was new and not run down. We stayed 3 nights and towels were changed once, bed was never made or linens changed during our stay. Biggest problem was lukewarm showers for all 3 days - this was the same for our room and the rooms of 3 other guests we knew staying in the hotel too"

"Very nice facility, but as with so many "resorts" now, there are many add-on charges beyond what the room rate originally appears. We did have an excellent meal and service at the Osteria Sierra restaurant at the hotel. "

"Decently clean room. For a simple business stay for two nights, i was satisfied with my stay. Staff were courteous and were ready to accommodate whenever i should have needed it. Air conditioning works (used the heater most of the time), towels were replaced before the next night i came back in, and i was able to properly rest. One thing i noticed though was some stains on the towels. If this was cleaned and bleached a little bit better and with care, it would have been a 5 star rating for me...

The beds were on the smaller side, and the walls are fairly thin, we could hear neighbors arguing around 3 a.m., although that’s not really the hotel’s fault. There was also a noticeable smell in the room, I can only describe it as an old bar smell, like stale beer and cigarettes. "The virtual assistance at the front desk was extremely rude - stating she was super busy and will get to help us when she can. Our plug stopped working so microwave and toaster didn’t work. We had no internet thought the storm was over. No priorities and cleaners never came. Basically, it’s a fend do yourself type of place - good luck is anything happens someone will come help you. "

"This place is overpriced, dirty feeling, dark, and staff assistance non existent. No wifi except piggy backing off the casino. The casino is a small and dingy as well. I do not recommend. 40 min from Reno with the fastest way driving back to 80 in Cali - Truckee."

"The motel was close to the highways. My concerns the hallways smelled of stale smoke. The breakfast didn't offer many protein options. I tried to check at 2:30 and was told it would cost $50 extra. I waited and then the lobby was packed at 3:00pm."
