"Clean room but very dated, I believe it is due to be updated but unsure when this will be. Motel style with 2-3 floors and no lift. Great location for South Lake Tahoe. The front door would sometimes swing open."

"They don’t tell you about the parking being mandatory - it’s not optional, you must go vallet. The rooms AC was LOUD the entire time. The food quality was not the best, the amenities were not fantastic for the mo eh you spend - and yes that includes the sauna, gym, and hot tub. The staff was very rude when I started asking about what the 30 parking and amenity fees cost and why I am required to pay for these bare necessities. I’ve never been to any other resort or hotel where this was required....

"The desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. The location was great. We stayed three nights. Our room was never attended by housekeeping. I had to go to the front desk and request clean towels, toilet paper and tissues. When l asked what to do with overflowing trash baskets, l was told to leave the trash by the door. It sat there for two days. For our entire stay there was the same trash (empty plastic bags and paper cups) Kay at the base of the stairs."
