"Beautiful property but the buildings are dated and there is no elevator. Bed was comfortable and the room was large with a great balcony. The lack of an elevator is keeping me from staying there again."

"Stayed here with my daughters for Father's day weekend, and really enjoyed the hotel. Breakfast was delicious, the pool was nice, and mini golf was fun. Can't remember the name of the gentleman working the breakfast area, but he was kind, and went out of his way to get my daughter some chocolate drizzle for her waffles. I will definitely be staying here again next time we visit Austin."

"Excellent staff and a courtesy early check-in is always nice. The room is a fine suite with consistency throughout the franchise. Brreakfast had many choices, and here is how my choices panned out: Eggs - just fine. Sausage Link - like rubber. Sausage Sliced (kielbasa?) - Just fine. 1/4 Waffle Piece - rubbery (which I found amazing). Oatmeal - just fine. Like I said, there was a lot of choices so I'm sure you'll find many things to your liking."

"Most of the staff was great. But really depends on who is there that day. I had a couple of people being extremely helpful and nice. but one morning we didn’t have water during breakfast and the main desk attendant just said: “there is nothing we can do about it.” But other times I had people walking an extra mile to help with the laundry machine and other things. Outside needs care. But the room was clean and the mattress was new and confortable. Breakfast was good for what it is."

"Staff were missing most of the time. The pool was in bad condition, with live bugs in the water and dirty. The ice machine was broken, and the food (yogurt) and other things in the refrigerator were expired. The room was also not in very good Condition. The only good thing was the view (Mountains)"

"Overall the stay was okay. The room temp was great and the beds were comfy. Staff was nice upon arrival. There was a bug in one of our beds. We brought it up to the front desk and we were offered an ice cream as a compromise. We asked for management to reach out to us and never heard from them. We brought it up again at checkout and they said “that would never happen here.” Asked again for a manager to reach out and still nothing. We had 7 guests in our room and had 1 towel in the bathroom....
