"Khalil from front desk is the worst person you can find in this property. Disrespected my wife and my self when we asked for help with luggage cart. Very rude and dishonest person. Our room was literary falling apart, terrible maintenance. Bathroom door did not close all the way or lock and moldings were hanging off the wall, one of them almost hit our heads when we opened tue bathroom door the first time. Khalil from front desk said deal with it"

"We felt like the hotel was pretty lackluster. The downstairs area was decorated and maintained well--the same can't be said for the guest rooms. The decor was quite dated and the Italian influence was heavy-handed. The bed and bedding were adequate, but not very comfortable. The strangest aspect was the louvered doors in the bathroom. It essentially left you no privacy if you were sharing the room. I feel like the hotel was aiming for an elegant and upscale feel that they did not attain."

"I reserved three rooms at a very reasonable rate. All the rooms were spacious, clean and accommodating. I especially appreciated the walk-in showers as we had two members of our party with a disability. I didn’t partake in the free breakfast, but I was told it was satisfactory Overall,, it’s definitely a worthwhile stay if you need a place in Austin just a little outside some of the busier areas."
