"Went with my bf and friends for a birthday weekend. So worth it. Amenities were amazing and rooms were so cozy and very clean💕"

"The hotel did not have me registered for a feather free room initially. I had to specially request it and move to new rooms both times. The bathroom floor during the first stay had crumbs and debris on the floor behind the door. The walkway outside to the lake area had chipped paint and there was no hot tub."

"Clean room"

"Shuttle service is basically not existing. It’s not running every 40 min, s"

"Like: Very close to the mall Not like: The front desk lady is bit of cold faced; room is kind of old fashioned; breakfast is so so; parking fee is overpriced"

"Amazing."

"Very close to airport Free airport shuttle and breakfast was a plus"

"Habitación limpia y personal atento"

"Todo súper … excepto las camas dobles … más chicas de lo normal … todo lo demás ok"

"Hotel is in very good condition but what set the stay apart was the staff. Dani at front desk helped me arrange loan of a wheelchair on short notice. Staff at breakfast were attentive and kind to my 96 year old mother. Very good stay."
