"Fantastic location within walking distance of Wrigley Field and many Lakeview hot spots. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of space within the suite! "We asked for an extra blanket 2 nights in a row and they had no extra blankets. One set of elevators was not working so we took the stairs to the 12th floor a lot. They came and cleaned our room and made the beds but didn’t give us clean towels the 1st night but then after the 2nd night we did get clean towels. Breakfast and happy hour are great. "

"I checked into the hotel on March 14 around 2:00 AM due to a late flight. Unfortunately, the woman who checked me in at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional, which made for a disappointing start to my stay.
That said, the hotel itself is beautiful and the property appears to be well maintained. I really liked the overall atmosphere and amenities. However, the negative experience during check-in left a bad impression, and because of that I’m not sure if I would choose to stay here...
