"The first room on the 4th floor that we were in, the AC kept going up to 78 needles to say it was hot. Comes to find out that the temperature is set on computer from the front desk, The young lady told us that she st it to 75 which that didn't even work. then they told us that here is a motion detectore in the rooms and if there is no movements it will reset the thermostat to 78 again so all night we had to get up and reset the the thermostat to 75 to be able to sleep. the sliding bathroom door...

The hotel itself is a bit dated, and you can definitely feel its age. Our first room had a broken mirror, so we had to switch rooms, but the staff handled it quickly and without any issues. "We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Conroe, Texas. The hotel was nice, clean, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. One thing we really appreciated was that they kept towels available at the pool, which was very convenient and a thoughtful touch.
