"We enjoyed the pool but the music was extremely loud for no reason and was full of weird adds in between songs… We had to ask for dish towel and sofa bed sheets and when they came, the person smelled so strong of perfume that the whole room and sheets smelled like it all night. The dish towel was actually a baby swaddle blanket… Our sofa bed was completely broken and when I realized, it was too late to change room as the youngest was already in bed and I didn’t want the person to come back to check on it so the smell didn’t get worse. My son had to sleep on the uncomfortable couch…"

"The location of this hotel was great! Right in the heart of shopping and restaurants, and a short 10 minute walk to a beach. Everything walkable. Ample parking in the back of the hotel. Would highly recommend this hotel. Also very quiet at night."

"The location is epic, our room was fabulous with a great view despite being a bit dated. The big drawback was that the hot spring pool and the cold pool was closed during our stay which we were not aware."

"Lovely updated bungalows. Some are close to highway but well insulated to not hear traffic when inside. Pool area was also close to highway so a bit noisy at times. Pool area is nice and new - not a ton of loungers. Amenities in the bungalow were perfect."
