"We felt like we were staying in an elegant, but extremely comfortable home. It looks just like the photos. We stayed in the Renoir Suite for 4 nights and it was beyond our expectations. Lots of room. Beautifully decorated. Comfy bed and sheets/blankets. The continental breakfast had wonderful pastries. The cooked breakfast was very savory. It's not far from the airport. Melinda was very helpful in keeping in touch and answering questions. The beach is very close as are many great places to eat....

"The hotel is good for the price. It has been undergoing renovations and the rooms are very nice as is most of the physical property. Only 1 elevator was working so waits could be long. The biggest problem was the lack of staff for the restaurants, the lobby bar and the pool. The staff that was there was excellent, but they were overworked and stressed. There was only 1 waitress at breakfast, not even a bus boy to help. It took 1:15 for breakfast. The food was very good when it arrived. ...

"No staff available for check in, drugs being sold outside, drug dealer told us he wouldn’t stay there as it was for drugs and prostitution. When I called the #on the door first it rang then they ignored the calls so I called the “emergency number” on the door, I gave my name, and he said there was no reservation under that name when clearly there was. I reserved for the convenience and pricing, never again. Ended up stranded in a different state with no reservation. Expedia solved the issue...

"La habitación no estaba lista a las 3.00pm hora de entrar, pudimos entrar 4.00pm, necesitábamos entrar al baño y en la recepción no había llaves para entrar al baño de allí de la recepción y la recepcionista no pudo ayudarnos y no abrió el baño, no lo recomiendo a nadie."

"It’s a very old hotel, there were no blankets available, TV had very few channels, the volume didn’t work and the outlet behind the TV looked unsafe and could start a fire! The carpet had a tear in it, the lock on the glass door was loose and it also had a bar to secure the door. Parking was very limited and tight. Would not recommend staying there and we won’t be back!"
