"The room was clean and spacious witu a mini fridge and, of a couple european citied we visited, this one had the best air conditioning. Staff was helpful and friendly. Didnt do breakfast because of price and options. About 9 CHF per person to book a good shuttle service to airport. Very easy self check in process. 10 minute walk to train station to main city."

"This was a nice, clean hotel located within a few miles from the Zurich airport. The gentleman that checked us in was very professional and spoke excellent English. After reading other reviews, I was under the mistaken impression that they had a free airport shuttle. While they can make arrangements for an airport shuttle for a fixed fee, the hotel staff encourages guests to use the city bus instead, which stops across the street. We were not interested in lugging our suitcases across the road...

"We stayed in a two-room suite, but unfortunately the layout was very inconvenient, as the only way to move between the two rooms was through the bathroom. The rooms were also quite small. The bathroom did not feel as clean as expected, and the sink was extremely small, which made it difficult to use comfortably. We also had an issue when leaving the hotel.
