"So I had called on February 28, 2026 at 12:30ish pm. I know check-in time is at 4 PM. However I had called to ask if we could check in any earlier by chance due to the fact that we made it to town sooner rather than later. Not a big deal if we couldn't will go and find something to do. They said im sorry but your room isn't ready yet. I said "o well thats ok". They said " However we can have the room ready at 2pm. I said ok great. My friend and are kids went and grabbed lunch with the kids. After lunch we ent and checked in at the hotel. We got at the hotel at little after 2:30pm. They said the room isnt ready. I told them i had called around 12:30pm earlier and they said it would be ready by 2pm and it's past that. They said well we can have the room ready in a half hour. I said ok will just wait here in the lobby. Which the lobby was huge and very plesant. We waited for 45 minutes . Then i went and asked if our room was ready yet. They said no they hadnt started on it yet. By this time im getting a bit irritated. However, check in time is at 4pm. So i checked back in 2 more times and one of thse times were after 4pm. They said are room was still not ready. My friend and I, with are 3 children. didn't get a room until 4:30pm. I will say when I complained at 3:45pm they did let us go swimming while we waited, after the fact if i asked that we could. pool was to cold. The room was not cleaned. found a pill, garbage inn the room, and blood on the carpet. Didnt get housekeep "
