"I booked at this property but had to cancel due to an emergency and they would not let me cancel. The property could not be contacted to even let them know what was going on. Do not stay at this hotel. A SCAM."

"the location seems kind of isolated; perhaps they are remodeling but it just seemed outdated and it wasn't very clean. "

"I had a very concerning experience during my recent stay. Upon opening the sofa bed in our room, I discovered bedbugs. After checking further, a chair in the room was heavily infested. One member of our party works in pest control and confirmed the issue immediately. I reported this to the front desk and requested someone come inspect the room, but staff refused. "Pool & hot tub were out of service. Breakfast was average. We booked through a third party so we’re placed at the end of the hall 2nd floor & heard a pipe/water noise throughout the night. "

"I booked a two-night stay here but checked out after the first night because the room was in unacceptable condition. When we arrived, the room clearly had not been cleaned. There was urine on the toilet, the pillowcases were dirty, and many surfaces looked like they had not been wiped down at all. The window was open with no screen, which made it feel unsafe and unsanitary. I actually had to go to the store and buy cleaning supplies just to make the room usable. I even had to stand on a towel...

"We checked in and found our room door was open and a fan in the room drying the carpet which was still wet. Went back to desk they removed the fan.the room was suppose to have a refrigerator but was not there.i went back to front desk she came to room to check then had one brought to us.the room had no chair to sit in at all. "Room was too hot at arrival- had to call Maintenance. Temp fluctuated. Restaurant was convenient, good food but slow service. Prepaid for breakfast- could have been good but no entrees available- staff said someone had called in sick and they “were doing the best they can.” Still beat typical continental type breakfast of most hotels. Clean room, comfortable. Good location. Not sure if I would stay here again."
