"We checked in at 3:45 p.m. and had to wait almost two hours for a room to be ready. When we finally got our room, it looked just okay. I was pleased with the view since I had paid extra for it. However, the room needed significant updates, including the floor. The floor was so dirty that the kids’ socks were black, and the bathroom had a poop stain that had been there for who knows how long. To make matters worse, the master bathroom showerhead leaked at night. We didn’t get any towels in any of the bathrooms; only some raggedy old towels that looked like they hadn’t been washed in ages. I’m so disappointed with this place. I was expecting a 4-star hotel, not a cheap motel. For this being our first family trip to Disney, I was really hoping for a better experience."
