"Overall, this was a great value. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was large and impeccably clean, beds were super comfy and room was cleaned daily. They provided everything you may need as far as kitchen supplies.
The fact that water park tickets were included was a huge plus. The hotel is within walking distance to tons of restaurants and shops as well.
The only real downsides were some of the amenities. The breakfast was okay ( would consider good as far as hotel food is concerned) but the set up was horrible for the amount of people. The evening reception was not at all what we expected but if you’re someone who drinks, they do offer free drinks during that time. The “shuttle service” into Disney parks is not actually ran by the hotel itself. It’s a third party company and it runs to a ton of other hotels so it takes forever to get to the parks. It’s also a hassle to schedule and if you don’t remember to schedule the return, you will be stuck calling an uber.
All in all, we would definitely stay here again but maybe just plan a little better next time. "
