"The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The view of the waterfront was lovely and the price of the room was reasonable. Overall, I would stay at the Best Western Waterfront in Windsor again and would recommend it to others. The only negatives were slight: the bathroom was looking a bit worn and could use an update, and the panoramic view room can look into half the panoramic view room beside it - which can lead to some awkwardness if both rooms are populated."
