Our shower flooded the bathroom with water. The bathroom door was warped. The door was not easy to open and close. It was a sliding barn door. The door did not give complete privacy when closed. The door did not cover the opening of the door when closed.

"The bathroom was dirty The fan had dust all over it and there was flying bugs in the room when we got there the hot tub was really small and looked disgusting we asked if it was working they told us it wasn't available they were nice enough to give us a credit on our bill for it not working but we still paid almost $450 for the night for this room and honestly it wasn't even worth $80 would not recommend this place"

"Front desk person was nice at check in. However, when at 11pm, we got back to our room to lay down, we discovered that our sheets had hairs all over them. Was really groans there was no vacancy so we couldn’t switch rooms. We bit the bullet and slept in what seemed dirty sheets. Told management next morning and they said we should’ve told them (even though there was no vacancy). No offer, nothing. They didn’t care but we learned our lesson and it’s to pony up extra money on the better hotels....

"The best thing was your next-door to the base camp hotel, where the music is nightly. You’re better off to stay there. It was like pulling teeth to get more than one towel had no washcloth. I had coffee and no coffee maker. Very rundown every piece of furniture was so scratched and nicked up, but the man seem to think he had the best place that God could give Southlake Tahoe stayed at many many places there and this was the worst so far."
