"Big parking lot with easy access to hotel and back out.. Incredible service and staff. Lounge, amenities and everything that a Hampton Inn provides always brings it to the top! "The room seemed clean but windows were very hard to close at night and full of spider webs. The bed was very high so hard to climb into being we are 78 yrs old. There was no Kleenex tissues at all, the body lotion bottle I guess hadn't been used in a while because you could not pump anything out of the bottle. "The place is older so don’t expect everything to be brand new but, it’s clean and cozy. Lots of heaters, fireplace, hot tub in room and in the middle for pricing. Staff is very helpful and was available to help us with the tv and fireplace. Definitely recommend but don’t hit for persons with super high expectations. "My room door could be opened easily with a credit card or butter knife . I asked the front desk for another room they said there were no more available until I showed him video proof. "WiFi didn’t work the whole time and nobody seemed interested. Mattress was old and uncomfortable. Both showers were either very hot or very cold with no way to mix. Bathtubs leaked through the drain so ere basically non-functional. On the positive side the unit was clean when we got there. Nice proximity to the lake."
