"They only clean the room every 3 days. I understand not changing the sheets every
Three days but not collecting towels and providing clean towels daily. Also garbage didn’t get removed. Had to request to get our room cleaned."

"I had 2 problems in my room. I couldn’t connect my tv to the wifi and the ac unit. It was really hot that day, and I just had to reset it for it to get cold just for a while. I via texted with staff he helped, but we still couldn’t adjust the thermostat. So we just went down to the pool to cool down.
My tv I just couldn’t get it to connect to watch Netflix or YouTube. It kept going to the cable channels so we just turned it off the whole day.
My question for the pool, I was expecting it to be...

"They were remodeling the hotel. The room was clean but when we went down to breakfast the tables were dirty (needed to be wiped down and we were at breakfast at 6:15AM). Eggs were a little burnt however, they came in with new eggs at 6:45 otherwise breakfast was good. Staff was very pleasant but never saw the person that was suppose to fix the phone and instructions regarding the TV. Didn't use the pool or hot tub but looked like they were clean and ready to use.
