"Very nice hotel, service was good, friendly staff. One thing they can improve on is having staff wear some kind of uniform to seem more professional.."

"I am a solo female traveller from the UK visiting a poorly friend in the nearby hospital. I hired a car - 14 minute drive and I was there. 4 minute drive to the hospital. Couldn't find a fault, everything was perfect and the view from my balcony was stunning. I will definitely be back, but under better circumstances next time."

"It is ok property for 3 star hotel, old but clean inside. Great staff"

"Spacious, modern and spotlessly clean room in the heart of old town Ioannina."

"Overall this is a very nice hotel. Nice location, beautiful views, extremely clean, and very well maintained. Two things I thought couldn’t be better! First, the room design, the bathroom was separated from the sleeping area by a glass door! Second, I personally thought the sun beds were arranged to close with one another, this made private conversations and privacy overall a bit challenging! If you ask me, if I would return there, my answer is absolutely. It’s still a very nice hotel"

"Very comfort & specious, excellent hospitality, recommended for families with children, very good breakfast. "

"sehr gutes Abendessen; Frühstück gut; Personal sehr freundlich; bequeme Betten und gute Klimaanlage im Zimmer"

"This is a small boutique residence inside the castle walls. Short walk to restaurants, historical sites, shopping, harbor. Great location. Like others, the hotel is seamlessly integrated among private residences. Amenities are perfect for starting your day. The breakfast is both buffet and à la carte and was excellent. The staff is incredibly friendly and very helpful with great recommendations for dining, shopping, etc."

"Comfortable room with balcony. Easy walk to Perama Cave plus bakeries and coffee shops. Short drive to central Ioannina. The staff were all attentive and friendly. Thank you for a pleasant stay!"
