"Almost everything was excellent. Hotel itself is a little outdated. No usb connections as I would expect from a more modern hotel. Bathroom facilities are a bit tired."

"Our second time staying here. Hotel is nice and clean, location is convenient, just right by the subway station. Most importantly staff are super friendly and helpful. We really appreciate the excellent service, especially from their front desk team. My uncle didn’t feel well during the day and had to go to hospital to do checkups on Nov 7, front desk staff gave him suggestion for Taipei hospital to avoid long lineups, and called taxi for him and my aunt, he also did a follow up after they came back from the hospital. Love their breakfast and will definitely come back next time !"

"Staff are helpful and friendly. The front desk and lobby staff are always welcoming and assisting. Restaurant staff always make sure your table is clean and can enjoy your breakfast. Though there are not many choices for the buffet breakfast but to me is good enough, too much will cause waste. Housekeeping is in every detail, everyday tie up the hair dryer cord and put back in the right place. Really appreciate their heart to their work."

"Room was clean,the staff were great and a shout out to the lady at the bar at night.great job and works real hard. The only thing was no air con at night. Not sure if its not working but i like a cold room to sleep.overall i enjoyed the stay and would stay again."
