"It has been the best accomodation environment during my trip to Taiwan. The forest and streams of valleys around hotel and hotel design were all beautiful. In particular, the kindness of young owner and his parents were so kind with warm heart. Young owner's english was so fluent that I had no problem comunicating with him. "The hotel is really on the high end and we enjoyed our stay there. It is convenient as as such travelling by bus or train was excellent. The hotel dining staff are so helpful, they tried their best to accommodate our needs even with their english & our mandarin language difficulty.

"The staff were very courteous and polite and they helped me when I had questions or concerns. I was well pleased with their service and kindness.
To anyone not familiar with the area, particularly westerners like myself, the hotel may appear to be in a dangerous location and it is a little tricky to find the entrance but it was not the case and eventually felt and realized it was safe and the food vendors cooked some tasty meals! I would recommend staying here to anyone and will come back again if I come back to Taiwan.

"This is hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome — they were incredibly friendly and truly went out of their way to help in any way they could.
Our room was spotless and spacious, with an absolutely stunning view of the city and the mountains in the background. Waking up to that view every morning was such a treat.
The food at the hotel was excellent — everything we tried was fresh and delicious. And I can’t forget to mention the rooftop pool! What an incredible spot to relax and take in the scenery.
The location couldn’t have been better — you’re right next to public transportation, the bullet train, and surrounded by endless restaurant options.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. We can’t wait to come back!"
