"Property was okay as construction work going on but the service was pathetic. The phone in the room and the Tv was out of service, after complaining one of the hotel staff gave his mobile number to co ordinate any request. "I was disappointed with the room.It definitely needed a refurbishing since it looked old and tired. The bathroom was particularly disappointing with a great deal of work to bring it to the star rating. The spa too could do with a facelift. The one place that I felt was 5 star was in the dinning room with the chef and the catering manager taking the accolade,overall a lovely place to stay at."

"Best approach , directly from main road. Parking is very good. Food is excellent. Staff behavior is very polite with prompt response. Property is spread across a large area with various stay options (type of rooms) , so no congestion and ample space for walking / activities. A very good location indeed in hilly terrain like Bhimtal."
