"Very nice hotel, very close to the airport, with a great 24 hour shuttle service. If you want to go with train to Bangkok city center, the train station is a short walk away. The staff is very helpful, and we highly recommend staying here!"

"The property is not as it looks online it’s very old building very close to the Siam Paragon mall or central world mall and other places. Does the hotel deserve 4 stars no."

"Old and worn out. Not pleasant. And more than US$10 for a 12 oz can of soda water. Outrageous. Never again."

"This hotel is very high end. The rooms are Morden luxurious and have all amenities that you could want. The in room dining service was very good as was the gym amd breakfast. The spa services were good but was an onsen so had to go in naked with separate facilities for men and woman. The massage was good and all services were very cheap compared to the UK. Was central and near good shopping services. Would highly recommend. Oh and the staff were very attentive."
