When we travel as a we seldom eat in the hotel restaurant, the coupons we received at check-in convinced us to give it a try...we were blown away by the speed, attentiveness of our server,, and the fresh meal we received. "The staff was amazing! There were a couple room issues we brought to the staff's attention, which they handled promptly. The bed was comfy. Room was great. The only downfall of the room was how loud the AC unit is when it kicks on...unfortunately I'm a light sleeper and woke up almost everytime it turned on. Overall, I would recommend."

"Just a one night stay for us passing through to go to Bay Beach amusement park. Very worn hotel, but clean enough room. Weird refrigerator, set on a 2 hour timer/freezer? The thing that ticked me off was the giant birthday party going on at the pool. I chose this hotel for the fun slide and pool for my 8 year old daughter to use, but it was overrun with kids climbing up and down the giant slide and a ton of people only from this party. "I reserved 2 suites for a family vacation, We were placed on opposite sides of the Resort. This made gathering more difficult. Our room #218 the fan in right side bedroom was broken. It was extremely loud and the light was flickering. Breakfast buffet was cold. Water park was awesome and staff was very nice "

"I never got to check in. The door to office was open but staff was nonexistent. I rang the bell several times. I called the motel from my cell several times all to no avail. It will become a problem if I end up paying for the stay that didn't happen."

"The room was nice. A very updated modern look. The price point was great for everything you got. Our only complaint was loud kids pounding on our door at 1 am and running away. Then calling our room 10 minutes later. Not the hotels fault, but when I called down to complain no one answered at the front seat."

"I understand that the date we showed up the sewer lines were being replaced and the bridge was closed for maintenance. Not the hotels fault. The staff was nice, the room was cleaned but walking down the stairs for breakfast, the smell of urine was strong. We've never been to Green Bay before and I didn't realize how strong a smell the algae bloom was, but wow! It was in the hallways, the front desk and even the elevator. "We had an extremely early flight at the airport across the street from the hotel so we stayed one night only. The room was clean and comfortable and the front desk staff were friendly and explained the hotel amenities (e.g., breakfast, coffee) very well. It is not a luxury hotel but it is a nice place to stay if you are flying one of the first flights out in the AM."
