"Clean room, great staff, only complaint was the maintenance in the bathroom was lacking. Cracked tile, broken section of the door, and corroded shower head. Minor things. Beyond that was a wonderful stay."

We didn't get the room I reserved because of our pet; we were put in a double and twin bed room instead of two double beds, but were charged the same price (plus the pet fee)... I understand having certain rooms that are used for guests with a dog, but I don't understand being charged the same rate for a lesser room."

"Worst hotel I’ve stayed in. The lady working the desk was so nice and accommodating. The first room we went into didn’t have sheets or blankets on the beds. The front desk lady was so nice and switched us to a new room right away. The second room we were in was the grossest room we have ever been in. Broken drawers, mold, stunk like musty cigarettes and dogs. We were going to open the windows to air it out for a bit all the screens were ripped with big holes, or there were no screens. "We were in Green Bay for a Luke Combs concert. I had booked the room on October 16th of last year, because I knew that it would be difficult to find a room, during the event. We checked in on May 14th and left to go down to Lambeau and enjoy the pre-concert festivities. That night we stayed with friends because it got late, and we didn't want to try and get an Uber. Well, when we returned the next night after the concert and our room key card wouldn't work. We could hear voices coming from...
